Martin, who runs marjelmusic, has played on and produced many records and CDs. Experience ranges from recording, radio and television broadcast to performance. Martin’s real claim to fame is that Anthea Turner once made him a cup of coffee at Bruno Brooke’s house! He has played keyboards in club, cabaret and rock bands, and had an international recording contract. At the other end of the scale, Martin has accompanied and conducted choirs, orchestras and ensembles as well as writing arrangements for these groups.

He has recorded a theme tune for Channel 4, Now he regularly plays bass in a church music group, and plays in a band.

Regular contributions to the national press on music technology have led to consultancy work for educational establishments.

Martin has a BA (Hons) degree in English and Music from Keele University. He is a qualified teacher (Cert Ed from Keele University), registered with the GTC and holder of a recent CRB.

As well as recording, Martin offers a tuition service.

In the last century, Martin played keyboards and Bruno did the voiceover for a television theme tune. Anthea Turner made the coffee!
In the last century Martin was session keyboard player on Le Griffe's Breaking Strain, recorded at Revolution Studios in Manchester. He still has a signed copy.
